Refund policy

1. Overview

At Velue, we stand behind the quality of our bathroom fittings and plumbing fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered (model, finish, or size mismatch)
  • Missing parts or accessories

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

⚠️ Bathroom fittings are plumbing-grade products. Once installed, they cannot be returned. Please verify model numbers, dimensions, and finish before installation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Include: Order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/video of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share return instructions if approved.

4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or wrong products, Velue will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup.
  • For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and fittings intact.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement

Where a refund is not preferred, we offer a free replacement for defective or wrong products, subject to stock availability.

7. Warranty Claims

Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties (typically 1–5 years depending on the brand/product). Warranty claims for post-installation defects should be directed to the respective manufacturer. Contact us and we'll help facilitate the process.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — please follow the return process instead.
